I help people who are injured due to no fault of their own - in car accidents primarily, but I have also assisted in various other personal injury cases from explosions, to slip & falls, to plane crashes.  I am not an attorney, but rather a consultant.  I give people resources who have been injured but want to handle it on their own.  I also refer people to high quality, ethical attorneys if they request it & then, if they retain an attorney I recommend I work on the case daily similar to a paralegal.  However, due to my history of being a serious injury auto claim adjuster for almost a decade with State Farm Insurance, I do more than a typical paralegal does due to my vast history investigating, evaluating and negotiating insurance injury claims.  After leaving State Farm, I went to work for one specific law firm in Fort Collins for between three and four years.  I then opened my own consulting business in 2008 and have been doing independent consulting since that time.
